Schwarze liste

Die Marke ENplus® ist international weithin geschützt. Dies bedeutet, dass eine nicht lizenzierte Nutzung der Marke oder von Teilen davon eine Verletzung der Rechte des Markeninhabers darstellen kann. Wir verfolgen daher jedes Mal, wenn wir von Verstößen gegen das geschützte Siegel oder die geschützte Marke erfahren.

 

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, alle angemessenen und notwendigen Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um die rechtsverletzenden Handlungen von Unternehmen auf dem nationalen und internationalen Markt bekannt zu machen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns entschieden, eine schwarze Liste mit ENplus®-Verletzern zu erstellen.

 

Die folgenden Unternehmen stehen in alphabetischer Reihenfolge auf der schwarzen Liste, weil sie die Marke ENplus® missbraucht haben oder missbraucht haben:

> Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This company is trading pellets in "ENGLAND Wood Pellets" branded pellet bags wrongfully showing the ENplus®  logo through email offers.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This company was displaying the ENplus® A1 quality seal on its "ETNA" branded pellet bags, despite not being certified anymore. This company also displays the terms "ENplus A1", “ENplus A2” and/or the ENplus® A1 and ENplus® A2 quality seals on its “First Class” and “Standard” branded pellet bags. [1] [2] [3] [4].


> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company was wrongfully advertising its pellets as ENplus® certified in an advertisement, despite being suspended at that time.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company/person is wrongfully using the name “EN Plus Company LLC” in its official documents, as well as advertising its pellets as "Enplus A1" its its email offers.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is wrongfully claiming its pellets as ENplus® certified in its emails.
